We provide legal services to a wide variety of domestic and
international clients. Our primary areas of practice are Business
Law (corporate, commercial and finance); Real Estate, (commercial
leases, acquisition and development); International Business
Transactions; Intellectual Property (including software licensing
and distribution) and Wills, Estate Planning and Probate.
We are the Canadian founding member of the international
legal network known as Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW).
